We understand there is a lot of information. It is always a balance between providing enough information and causing overwhelm. We hope members can pick and choose the information throughout the rest of the Program as we go - and then circle back to pick up what they didn’t quite understand the first time. We suggest that you take the videos in bite size chunks. If at any point you are starting to feel too overwhelmed - then we suggest that you take a break and come back to the videos later. Don't forget, all of this is available to you for an entire year, so there's plenty of time for review.
