Can you talk about the difference between fine art and craft?

This is subjective, of course. Craft tends to be focused on the repetitive procedure of making something. In craft, there often is a desire to perfect something. The outcome is often predetermined and hopefully can be repeated with little or no variation. Craft can be highly artistic and challenging. Art, on the other hand is not necessarily predetermined. Inherent in it’s making is the possibility for unexpected and unplanned outcomes.
