Do I need an easel to work on my paintings?

The 12" x 12" panels are small enough so you can work on a table. It is helpful to have a cardboard box or small support on the table, so you can prop up your work to look at it vertically or even work on it in this orientation. I like to work on a table so I can lay out 5-6 panels and see them all as I am working. You can use an easel too, of course, but do try to keep your other panels in a place where you can see them while working.
